What are your tips for better oral hygiene at home?
A good at-home oral hygiene routine consists of three main things:
- Brushing your teeth twice a day
- Flossing daily
- Rinsing with a suitable mouthwash
We recommend using a soft-bristled toothbrush because hard bristles tend to cause damage to your teeth and gums. If you’d like personal recommendations on the best products and practices to incorporate into your at-home oral hygiene routine, just ask Dr. Thomas at your appointment and he’ll be more than happy to help.
